Business and Web clients receive two dedicated Account Specialists. Your primary specialist will handle at least 75% of all support calls and will be the primary contact for projects and ongoing support issues.

Remote Support
All OBT clients are eligible for remote support at a reduced rate. Remote support is instant, fast and reliable.

Ticketing
OBT tracks all issues and projects through a fantastic ticketing system called ZenDesk. You'll have complete access to all your tickets with OBT, free of charge.
