The obt.Guardian service is a subscription-based monthly maintenance program. Each month, at a scheduled appointment time, an OBT support technician will login to your machine and perform general diagnostics, a routine system cleanup, and the removal of any virus, malware or adware infection. In addition, we'll audit your machine performance and provide you with a report card that gives you all the important details for your maintenance routine and any suggestions we may have.

Each month, you'll also receive one free support call for a non-maintenance related support problem.

By allowing one of our professionals to cleanup and evaluate your machine each month, you'll gain assurance that your computer is running at its best. We're also more likely to catch small problems, impending hardware failure and locate security problems.
