It's a rare situation that we're simply stumped. Some computer problems may require more than one call to fix, as many problems are solved by a trial-and-error method of troubleshooting, but on the limited occasions that we're unable to diagnose your problem, you'll be refunded in full and given any further recommendations we may have.
Problems do crop up, however, that we're unable to fix due to the remote nature of our support system. Physical issues cannot be resolved remotely and some critical Windows systems errors may require physical access to the drive. In this situation, OBT will provide you with a formal diagnosis report and recommend you to a local service provider. You'll be refunded all but $10, our standard consultation fee.
