obt.Instant is our remote support service. Using a secure, simple tool called GoToAssist, an OBT support specialist will connect to your computer (with your approval, of course!) and begin the support session. Our specialist will take control of your desktop and can work exactly as if they were sitting at your desk. You can observe the support session and even take back mouse and keyboard control, if necessary.
Most obt.Instant work can be completed during the initial phone call, but certain tasks (such as virus removal) may require a later, "after-hours" appointment time. This allows our technicians to work on your machine without interrupting your normal day-to-day tasks.
All .Instant support sessions must be paid for prior to the session beginning. If we are unable to diagnose your problem, you will receive a full refund. If we are able to diagnose your problem, but due to circumstances beyond our control(such as physical memory issues) can not repair the issue, you will be refunded all but $10 (a small consultation fee.)
