Our remote support is provided at a discount to our regular rate. OBT reserves the right to escalate an issue to a higher level of service.

In-Office Support

This is our version of classic original! OBT has been providing world-class in-office tech support since day one. Whether you just need hands-on support, or your network services have been impacted, OBT can be on-site within four hours of your first call. With our new dedicated account specialist system, we can guarantee that at least 75% of all service calls will always be performed with your account specialist. Any calls that can't be serviced by your specialist will be handled by a carefully trained and coached team member. Monthly Maintenance

Every month, OBT holds a scheduled maintenance week. All of our contracted clients receive a visit from their account specialist and various maintenance and cleanup tasks are performed, including system updates, spyware removal, and basic diagnostic testing. We keep regular records of all maintenance appointments, as well as track machine and license inventory.
